I have recently started my own cake making company and went along to to exhibition in London and was watching one of your demonstrations.  I was very fretful at the time as it looked so delicate and difficult to use.  I was given some paste and shown how to use them. I was so surprised and overjoyed at how I managed do to it. I purchased some letter moulds and have not looked back. I have had several comments about my lettering. Something has gone wrong with my order. I ordered 5 ME02 but received 25 and I wanted 25 ME04 but received 5.
